For a vegetarian it is useful as a how to-guide as Anna and Fanny provides a way of thinking when it comes to cooking which focus on simplicity in the making combined with a never ending curiosity in all kinds of green ingredients.
Trio is a small Swedish indie press. Det goda enkla is at present only available in Swedish. For this book Fanny Bergenström was awarded ”Best food photographer 2014” by Swedish Måltidsakademin.
