Nina Broberg at Happy Sthlm

Design collective Happy Sthlm has invited photographer Nina Broberg to interpret their collection. As a starting point Nina Broberg took the bedlinen of her great grandmother who actually grew, harvested and prepared the flax herself before she wove the linen fabric and mended it together with a likewise handmade lace. The sheet has its individual as well as collective history. Just like the handblown glass work by Katarina Andersson (below) where the designer has transformed the idea of the traditional milk bottle into a series of contemporary everyday objects.
