Finnish chef Sami Tallberg has a knack for presenting the most fascinating ”new wave vegetarian cuisine and raw food”. During the launch of Iittalas Reset the table show at Stockholm Design and Architecture Week 2017, Sami Tallberg interpreted Iittala products in playful gestures. On the menu one could read: ”Biohacker’s appetizer, Lapland matsutake and Nordic coconut, BioMed miracle pudding with cacao and Liquid black gold”. And as a starter: Ambronite + BIOMED pills!
New from Iittala this year is an addition to the Teema family, originally created by Kaj Franck in 1952. Teema Tiimi consists of bowls and plates with a distinctive multifunctional look. For this collection Iittala has collaborated with designers Minjia Wang (China), Ai Ono (Japan) and Kyuhyung Cho (Korea).
